Adele Bacci
For Adele contrasts are a way of life. She was born and bred in Florence, a city frequently associated with the art of Leonardo da Vinci and the riches of the Medici banking dynasty, yet she feels right at home amongst the grit and creative experiment of London's East End.
Dance is Adele's secret passion, she started with classical ballet at the tender age of nine and practices contemporary dance to this very day. Which in our book, makes her the second – albeit lesser known – Florentine export in the contemporary dance world after the famous Virgilio Sieni.
When Adele started her own magazine, it was an ideal way of combining her artistic inclinations with the structured way of thinking and organising her projects. A shining example of bipolar order, if ever there was one.
