Annika Beste
A not so casual observer once remarked that you can tell a lot about a person's character from the sports they have practiced in their youth. Annika used to be a 400m runner, the most gruelling sprint event there is. The stamina evident early on in her life still stands her in good stead today.
When Annika joined Thomas Manss & Company in London we were immediately impressed with her way of shaking a layout problem until it gave up a solution that not only works but also has the elusive magic that makes a design memorable.
Having taken great inspiration from the London art and cultural scene, Annika decided to swap the British metropolis for the German capital. Luckily, we have an office there too. Now she has a foot in both camps, life in Berlin and the odd secondment to London when the right project is calling.
