Café Cristina

Cristina Colina da Pedra Cafés Especiais is a single-origin coffee, produced near Rock Hill in southern Minas Gerais, Brazil. The region's high altitude and balanced rainfall throughout the year make it ideal for growing the finest coffee. The coffee berries are picked individually by hand in a time honoured fashion, that involves the selection of the berries at the peak of their ripeness. The berries are then processed and roasted with great care to create the unique Café Cristina flavour.

One of the pioneers in premium coffees in Brazil, Café Cristina has won many awards and achieved record prices for the 60Kg bag that went down in the region's history making Café Cristina one of the most valuable coffees in the world.
