"Ordnung & Eccentricity" has been the Thomas Manss & Company mantra ever since a client coined the phrase to express the unique character of our designs. Maria Clara is the perfect personification of the idea: Not only display her designs a rare combination of Brazilian flair, German rigor and English wit, she also converses happily in any of the three languages, even her CV reads like a long term strategic plan to propel "Ordnung & Eccentricity" into South America.

Maria Clara studied in Potsdam, the College where Thomas taught Corporate Identity. Later, she joined the London office only to announce at the beginning of 2010 that she would be returning to Rio de Janeiro to "wear the Thomas Manss & Company T-Shirt" – a wonderful Latin phrase to express her dedication to the cause.

It would be foolish to underestimate Maria Clara's resolve. Behind that jolly Latin smile lurks a steely determination that, we believe, our Brazilian clients will enjoy as much as we do. Since 2011 Maria Clara is a Partner at Thomas Manss & Company
