Description

Hotel Arts Barcelona Logotype

Thomas Manss & Company created the hotel's identity when it was first opened in 1994. After ten years The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company operating the hotel decided to rejuvenate this jewel in the company's crown with a refurbishment of all guest rooms and public areas. At the same time a redesign of the original mark sent a signal of change to travelers around the world. Retaining the goodwill that had been built up in the Hotel Arts Barcelona brand, the revised design adds a new twist to the arts theme that inspired the original logotype by turning each letter into a little piece of art.
